Comfort Inn & Suites Thatcher - Safford

Swimming was great for the little ones. Rooms were a little dated but very clean.

We were in town for a baseball tournament booked a room here. Everything was good until I got a room on the third floor and the elevator didn’t go up to the third floor between my husband and children and stuff and all the baseball stuff he had to go up the stairs from 2nd to 3rd wasn’t too bad, but still the Amount of money I paid for one night elevator should be working. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Excellent customer service.

Well first of all pool was freezing cold even thou it was heated, hot tub was out has well as the elevator..i had to take two cold showers and my children too...wont be staying there again

No working elevator, staff was slightly grumpy that I had made the reservation online (Using Hotels.com made the reservation 1/2 the price of calling Comfort Inn for a reservation directly) they put us on the 3rd floor because of how we booked (yep, they really told us that). new carpet - old paint - ridiculously sized and small placed art - broken thermostat - rubber matt to keep one from slipping in the tub was full of holes. Had a nice plate of cookies on the check in counter displayed nicely - guessing they were for the guests as they checked in. The cookies weren't offered to us yet while I checked in I watched a house keeper grab 8 of them and go plop themselves down in front of the TV in the lobby. My children asked me if they could have one so I let them - hope that was ok. Could really use some customer service training. Good point was the bed was very comfortable.

The swimming pool left a lot to be desired. Murky green water. Didn’t take the kids swimming because it was less than ideal.

great hotel, we spent time with our family on swimming pool area and outdoor and that was awesome!

We arrived a little early than expected and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. Check in was easy and simple. The first one that they put us in the AC was not working and the heat was on when we got there. It was burning us up so we went to talk to the front desk to see if we could be moved to another room. They moved us to another room but that room would not unlock so then they had us go back up to the third-floor where we originally started and was across from the room where it was originally in. The room was hot when we got in we turned on the AC and left to Walmart to get a few things we also bought a fan. We got back the room was a little bit cooler but not comfortable so we plugged the box family bought in and left to do some sightseeing and when we came back the room was much cooler and we were able to say cool. Management was very friendly and helpful also the maintenance guy was nice. The scenery was beautiful. We did find some trash under the couch and under the dresser from people who previously stay there but other than that it was a really nice place to stay. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to visit.

Our family stayed for 1 night it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
