My family and I have stayed here twice now. I have tried other hotels in the area and have decided to return to this hotel due to its convenience to restaurants and shopping, plus the price and quality of the hotel are unmatched. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is not just continental but has hot options as well, such as omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, and other well-liked items. The hotel is currently under construction, but there is not any noise to speak of that I experienced.

We did an overnight trip to visit family in the area. The accommodations were just as described online. The bed was so comfortable and double queen bed room was spacious. The breakfast was HOT! so glad it was not continental. My only disappointment was the whirlpool was closed but the family had fun in the regular pool. Overall, I would recommend for anyone visiting Florence who wants a good nights sleep to come.
