Great family owned hotel. Commanding position at the very top of Mostyn Street. Five mins walk to either the pier or the tramstop for the Great Orme. Food and service all high quality. A real gem of a hotel.

What a pleasant change to stay in a large family run hotel! Interior decoration was very tasteful. Room was very clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed. Hotel staff were great and couldn’t be more helpful. The well stocked and staffed bar and surrounding seating areas were wonderful and the pianist on Friday evening really added to the excellent ambience! Plenty of hotel parking and it’s free! Couldn’t fault this very well run, well positioned, comfortable and friendly hotel

The lounges, bar and restaurant were lovely. Hot breakfast served at table was good, good choice. Room small but adequate, didn't like glazed bathroom door! Bathroom and bath very small. Parking permit excellent idea. We arrived early and were able to park until check in time. No bottled water or tissues provided in rooms. No information about hotel given on booking in, just basic meal and spa times. Only found out about the terrace from other guests who were checking out. Lovely terrace on second floor but pool and sides of pool absolutely filthy with moss and dirt. Pity as this would be ideal for children to cool off in. Smoking at entrance shouldn't be allowed as smoke enters hotel reception area. Location of hotel very convenient, near all amenities and restaurants and bars. Pool and spa both excellent.
