Stayed in family room 22 which was located next to bar. Noisy and had a door constantly squeaking throughout the night. Unable to sleep and my 9 year old daughter had a dancing competition the next day. Was really looking forward to our stay and very disappointed

We had a lovely stay with our Labrador. The only possible difficulty was at the first breakfast of the trip, when the dog friendly tables were taken by people without dogs and the only placevto sit was at a coffee table sitting on low sofas which I could not get off without help. This was rectified by a staff member who moved the coffee table away and put in another proper table and chairs. We suggested that a notice should be put up to let people know that that area was reserved for people with dogs. Another family ended up having to sit at another coffee table because they had a dog and, in any case, the dog friendly tables were for two people only. The room was comfortable and accessible and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all loved dogs too.

Staff service was excellent. When informed that my son had severe food allergies (egg and milk) Emma on reception went above and beyond to ensure rhat he was catered for for breakfast the next morning and that everything was safe. She briefed her Manager and team and personally attended to us in the morning. Excellent service. Will stay here again when in Perth. Only complaint was family room was a bit cramped for three - okay for one night.

We where a party of six staying for a family wedding which was nearby. Great location, great breakfast and staff went above and beyond. Manager came round both mornings and asked guests if everything was okay which was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay 10/10

We only stayed one night, wished it was longer.... From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We travelled with our family dog, and this wasn't an issue either.
