Overall this was a great property. The 1br suite was large and well equipped. The kids loved the two large pools and ping pong room. The location was great and service was exceptional. Highly recommend. Wish we had stayed longer.

Exactly as described. We loved our junior suite and the bed was perfect. Big roomy bathroom a plus. Nice toiletries and decent fluffy towels.

Lovely weekend. Room facilities great kitchen area e.g. microwave was handy for heating up baby food. Good food in restaurant reasonably priced. Will visit again soon.

Very clean and comfortable, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, cosy. Unfortunately the room was next to air generators and the humming and buzzing was constant and irritating. Can't complain about staff as they proposed to change the room, yet the only available (though upgraded to a bigger one) was the one opposite with the same buz plus aircondition equipment on the roof making additional noise. Another thing was the view - mostly on the flat roof... and some clouds above. Not the best one, but I suppose that the hotel was rebuilt and that was the option for enlargment. Third "but" was the temperature of the swimming pool - more suitable for bath than swimming, round 40 degrees I reckon. Families with small children should be happy, popping up in the morning for quick envigorating swim... not there:) Overall - I would recommend it generally, yet if you are a light-sleeper check the room for noise level. Staff will definitely help if they can.

Went here for a family night away and ended up purchasing a Hilton timeshare!!

We visited as a family of grandparents, parent, and three school-age children. We booked two of the new suites in the hotel and found one suite to be very comfortable. We found one suite to be unbearably hot but we were allocated another suite immediately on request. We found members of staff outstandingly pleasant and helpful. The former hotel has been upgraded to a very high standard and we hope to take up any offers of week-end or mid-week breaks in the suites at some time in the future.
