Lovely hotel in a great area. Rooms very clean. My shower made a very loud screaming noise when using. We were in family room so right beside double doors where every1 enters for room. I was kept awake with the door slamming until 2am. The breakfast there could be more of an option for people dieting et.

Disappointed stay for the money paid. Room was not modern, minimal plug points for devices. View out of room faced the parking lot and an apartment complex parking lot. Breakfast food served was ok. Nothing to rave about! The biggest disappointment was the rude behaviour of the night Porter on second night of stay. There seemed to be a party on the floor and he inadvertently assumed the noise emanated from our room. He rudely kept banging the door at 1:30 am in the morning. It was certainly scary as despite telling him we had two small children sleeping in the room, he was incessant we open up. We felt threatened by his behaviour and were close to calling the police. He refused to leave and was threatening. When we did open he carried on with his rude behaviour. Realizing a minute later that the room had no noise emanating from it and adamantly informing him of the two kids he had woken up and scared, he left without apologizing. The next morning when the matter was raised with the front desk, were informed that there was no one able to discuss this matter. Rather than reaching out and following up with us, we were given a managers card. In terms of the person concerned, a brushoff answer was provided stating the person will receive retraining. If you want to be threatened, rudely woken up and have your kids scared in the early hours of the morning by your host hotel...than this is the place to stay!! For the price I paid, could not get a decent rest and sleep. A nightmare.
