Msnager rudely declinef our request for a dinner table for eight family members for the Saturday night... offering indtead 2 tables of four @ differing times. He was advised I had booked room based on advice the hotel & restaurant were very goof. He suggested if I didnt like his suggestion I should cancek my room reservation for 4 nights It wasnt so.much what he said but the unfriendly unprofessional unaccommodating way he sId it. Therefore I was 'pushed into a corner' & forced to cancel my reservation. He could've given his message in a more polite businesslike way. He has now lost my business also that of my familty who sre locals in.tbe area.
