The staff were friendly enough. The hotel rooms need some tlc, which plaster coming off at the walls and loose metal hooks. It's the little details that count. Limited area to eat for breakfast, so times had to be staggered. This was the hotel of last restort because all other family hotels were full up!

My family and I had a lovely quick stay at The Holiday Inn Shrewsbury. Everything was super clean, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Stay at this hotel suited us perfectly for a short break with family. The hotel was easily located and had plenty of free parking. It was located in an industrial estate so was quiet at night and weekends but had all the usual facilities. breakfast was filling and wholesome.

This is a Holiday Inn Express and we stayed here for three nights visiting family. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, and yet noting to recommend it either. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The food was so-so and it's in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel was close to the town & a handy stopping off point into/out of Wales to visit family. The staff were excellent. Facilities are basic though fine for what we needed as we only wanted somewhere to sleep at the end of the day.
