Black Lion Hotel Richmond

Great stay at the Black Lion Hotel. Comfortable room. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great location. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a fabulous stay! There are a few parking places on site but there was always space available throughout our stay. We had an amazing family room (although flat is a better fit which had two bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom included). A travel cot was available for our one year old and was assembled in our room prior to our arrival. Beds were really comfy and we all slept like logs (including my little one which is a rarity)! Even though breakfast service did open 10 minutes after the time we had booked, the food was exceptional! However, the highlight of the Black Lion is the staff: everyone you spoke to went above and beyond and clearly cared about the guests and the hotel itself. We were treated like royalty and felt rested and recharged after our visit here. Full credit to all staff. We will definitely be back and recommend the Black Lion unreservedly!
