Our 16 year old could not fit in the role away . There was meant to be a sofa bed that sleeps 2 kids

Had the misfortune are being placed in a room at the end of the corridor which was in the process of being decorated.we should have known something was up with the plastic sheeting on the floor in the corridor.room opposite and rooms next to were being decorated. Had the smell of paint though out our stay. And the decorators starting work at 8 in the morning. For a room only at £320 a night expect a lot more. Maybe it was because we are a normal working family and didn’t fit the hotels usual clientele who the fact my wife and step daughter are of Asian nationality that we got placed in the wing being decorated as there was no one else in this area

Excellent family room. So much space and two bathrooms. My teenage was thrilled! The service is amazing. The room so comfortable. So close to Harrods and cute coffee shops/underground. Will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful family stay with two rooms for our family of four. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The concierge was able to snag a last minute Saturday night dinner reservation prior to a Westend Show. Very clean hotel, comfy beds and superb service! The location is great - we took the tube from Heathrow right to the Knightsbridge stop, less than 1 block from the hotel. It was lovely to be so close to Harrod’s, where we killed time until our room was ready. Would definitely recommend!

The ever-charming Adrian and his colleagues made our stay a very pleasant one. We loved our junior suite — especially the Savoir beds. We highly recommend this fine, intimate hotel.

Old and outdated hotel We didn’t get our luggage while we stayed at the hotel and the staff made no effort in helping us buying eg a buggy for our child, showing us where to wash clothes etc My parents where there as well and the heater in the room didn’t work - and this was February- so they just gave them a small electrical heater which didn’t help at all. The hotel was not at all full so they could easily have moved my parents to another room where the heating worked. I paid 850 EUR for my parents room - without heating.
