Stayed for 1 night for a family party staff were friendly very polite room was spacious a the bathroom was a bit dated and there was dust on the carpet in the corners but apart from that everything was ok . For the room price breakfast should be included . Very well located across from Hampton Court

Superb hotel, stylish design. Thoughtful additions and contentious staff. Breakfast was excellent and family room was perfect for a quick stopover with two kids

I had a very pleasant stay and was given an upgrade ! I ate in the Conservatory for the 2 nights with friends and family.. unfortunately the main restaurant had a flood .. but we were very well looked after and the menu was varied and delicious ! I would recommend and will return Thank you

Well situated for Hampton Court Palace and lovely riverside views. However the cost of the room far out ways the facilities. Poor parking facilities, being asked to move my car at 9pm after a couple of drinks. Room was very hot, only one small fan available. The fridge was hot, we had to turn it off as concerned it may be a fire risk. Tea and coffee facilities, no tea provided apart from herbal. No mirror in the room. £20 extra per person including a child for a cooked breakfast and the staff at breakfast were standoffish The above all sounds petty, but for £350 a night and our break away this summer it was disappointing and I would not recommend. .

Hotel was very convenient for the flower show. Staff was great. The family room, however, was a 2-star room for a 5-star price. Disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, and welcoming. We had a family room, and it was charming. The library was tucked in a corner, and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and again.

A great family room with an extra travel cot provided. Lovely touches included the lion teddies for the kids, baby bubble bath, cookies and a well stocked fridge. The dinner we had on the terrace was great and breakfast was also very good. Will definitely be back when passing through the area.

Really lovey stay for a family of four. We took Walter which has a bunk bed for young children. Lovely and spacious.
