Good location. 2 minute walk into the town centre. Fantastic views from our room onto Skiddaw. Top class Cumbrian breakfast.

Good Things: Hotel was located close to markets, easy to access different attractions. Breakfast was good. good service. Bed was good size. enough for a family with 2 teenagers Bad Things: No Air condition Bathroom could be better No freezer/drinking water Parking is a problem. you can get it if lucky.

Really nice room made special by the superb view of Skiddaw. Easy access to Keswick, nice breakfast.
