No extractor fan in en suite. Room not particularly warm. Pool was nice but there was a children's swimming class running the first time we attended. It would have been better to have been informed of this in order to chose a different time to swim. Changing room was very cold.Poor signal on TV.Hotel a little scruffy but the service and breakfast were very good.

Very comfortable stay. A nice garden room comprising bedroom, bathroom and a small living room, which we found pleasantly unusual. The only negative factor was it was a little noisy at times because of other tenants, especially with children and dogs, and staff passing by our front door. Also a little noise from the car park. This hotel has a golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool. Ideal for sports minded people.

We spent two nights and three days exploring the north Norfolk coastline, staying at The Links hotel. The garden room was light and well appointed in contrast to the rather drab remainder of the hotel that was a bit rougher round the edges. We had breakfast both mornings - good freshly cooked full English. We used the pool only once - a good size and depth but was shared with a kids swimming class on the second day, so ewe gave that a miss.

We stayed for a long weekend to be close to the beach with the kids and two dogs. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Modern shower/bathroom and comfortable beds. Property was perfectly clean. Pool / garden was lovely.

Our family room was excellent, plenty of room for the 3 of us and a really big, comfortable bed. Our Grandson particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. We all enjoyed our evening meal in the Sports Bar, nice and relaxed, whilst watching my favourite football team!

There was no hot water in the evening for a shower for one of the rooms booked - not great after a day at the beach with kids. Breakfast charges were not made clear.

Special treat stay for one night in a family room with our 7 year old. Very comfortable room and nice and quiet. Friendly restaurant staff. Our evening meal was tasty and good value for money - especially the children’s menu. Would have appreciated the room being prepared for THREE guests (only two sets of towels / mugs and one paltry packet of biscuits with the tea/coffee. Used the swimming pool, admittedly at the end of the day but there were no towels available for the pool and the changing rooms were rather dirty.

2 night stay in a family room with 2 boys ages 12 and 13. Really enjoyed the stay. Lovely pool and tennis courts. Good sized room with modern bathrooms. My only complaint was the lack of WiFi in the room. No problem for myself but the boys were devastated at having to go to reception to play games.

Great family room and facilities. Swimming pool has a ridiculous rule though as we were told off for allowing our 5 year old to do controlled jumps into the shallow end.
