We are a small family run licensed bed and breakfast which caters for mostly couples and families, we are also available for exclusive use.Centrally located just minutes from Blackpool Tower, Coral Island and The Winter Gardens and Town Centre. We have pre-bookable Parking and there is secure Pay & Display Parking opposite. Breakfast is available if requested and after a long day relax at our Bar and watch TV in our Lounge.

Lisa and mark were very welcoming. Lisa took her time to ask us what we would like for breakfast the following morning she was very polite Breakfast itself was amazing our bedroom was very warm and clean Me and my children had a really lovely stay Thank you

Only down fall for this hotel was finding a parking spot,we did manage to get on pay and display accross the road £8 for 48hours,owners of hotel only taken over 8wks ago,freindly welcome,and wth it just been the two of them,their doing a great job,we paid for breakfast on the day,lovely full cooked English Breakfast and Sausage Sandwiches for the kids,our room was at the top but it had everything we needed,only downfall was the memory foam mattress,personnal taste though,Great Stay 😁👍

hotel was just wot we needed for our family stay had every thing we needed and owners were very friendly and helpful x
