Blackpool Football Club Stadium Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

Room was very dirty, dusty and cobwebs everywhere. I had 2 kids in my room who were sneazing, no windows to open. The walls had dust allover them. I tried calling them directly via 101 room service and the main hotel number with no luck. The woman on reception didnt ask how our stay was on check out so i didnt want to seem rude and go off on one, as.we had had enough and wanted to leave.

We arrived early and were sent away promptly. It seems that this hotel doesn’t allow you to check in early even if your room is available. At check in a £10 parking fee was sprung on us. This fee wasn’t mentioned on booking, and an email from me seeking clarification on any additional fees went unanswered. This is very poor. The room was a little misleading as it had balcony doors onto the terrace, but these doors were locked and no key provided. We had assumed use of the outdoor space was permitted. The room was spacious and comfortable if not a little dated. The breakfast was excellent the only issue being children grabbing food from the buffet with bare hands and then dropping it back onto plates and leaving it. Obviously not the fault of the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay but somewhat spoiled by being misled on price and room.

We didn’t really enjoy our stay. The room was very dated, the furniture was chipped, the wood on the doors was peeling, the carpet was worn. We had to make the sofa bed up ourselves and ask for the sheets etc at reception twice, the lady brought one pillow and we have 2 children, I said all this the first time I went to ask for laundry. It was also so hot in the room and the windows were filthy.

Extremely noisy with kids running up and down the corridor and dogs barking at 1am. Carpets in the room were dirty. Will not be staying here again

Very much looking forward to our stay Overall it was fine We had a pitch view room Room was little tatty Patio windows very dirty Tv never worked Handy man came to fix and left his working drill in our room for my child to pick up and activate Woke up following morning to sick on the corridor carpet Good location, breakfast is good Felt little tatty and worn

Hotel was great. Rooms great for families room looked onto football pitch. Location good, near all main attractions. Breakfast good, pleanty to choose from. Only negative point was paying 10 per night for parking at hotel, would be better service if staying at hotel parking is free. All staff we met where friendly.

Overall this is a good hotel. Booked 3 rooms for family. Unfortunately the electric wasn’t working in 1 of the rooms. When we contacted reception we were told that security would deal with it. It was 11pm at night and this never happened. Told the day at reception that security wernt the best to get jobs resolved. The breakfast was good. The rooms were modern and spacious.

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's a bath tub for the kids, breakfast is beautiful. It's central to everything in Blackpool and even though I'm not a Blackpool fan I am a football fan and the views from the room and atmosphere are both amazing.

We had new born baby and we got placed facing a main road very noisy cars wagons motorbikes and most very noises people . We rang reception. Once we got to are room notify them this that are baby as sensitive ears and sleeping problems when loud noise . She said come back to us in hour never happend . Reported it on check out the manger there said we got whar pair for very rude been honest didn’t want listen at all . Am disgusted what I paid to be put on front main road young baby we had no sleep at all . Mayaswel booked B and B in town cebtre been much cheaper
