Great 2 day get away with family. Nice comfortable and relaxing resort with excellent service. Staff was really really helpful be it jn the restaurants, room service or the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the break!

The hotels facilities are good but what really makes this hotel shine is its amazing customer service. the staff are some of the most adaptable and caring that we’ve ever seen a staff member named Diya discovered that a member of the family doesn’t consume gluten and he and some others went out of their way to insure a comfortable stay for this person by preparing stand-alone dishes that didn’t include gluten. even when we didn’t mention the gluten allergy the following morning we were met with a designated meal for the gluten free individual courtesy of diya. The staff in this hotel serve the customer with smiles on their faces at all times and seem like they genuinely care about your experience. staff like sharif, diya, yugesh and hari were some of those that served us not to mention that the food served varied a lot and was extremely delicious.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, both in front office and dining venues (all day dining and drift). The aquafun venue by the family pool could do with some TLC. No ice cream, no iced coffee, just alcohol and smoothies...doesnt seem to be aimed at kids to me despite reception showing it in the map as the kids pool area? Also the sunloungers where dirty, the showers where full of leaves and dead cockroaches... but only at the kids pool. A shame.

Intercontinental Fujairah is definitely a part of the top 5 hotels we tried around the world. Very clean, modern and family friendly. If you are a couple will will also enjoy this hotel specially the SPA. Nama buffet is really good specially with their new Chief cooker from Morocco 👍 Specially thanks for Jamol & Iman from the reception, Michel from the Pool, Kids Club staff and Nama restaurant staff (Jamil and his team, Ryan and his colleague …) .. they all made our staycations amazing!
