Beautiful hotel, with great feel for a family Holiday. I’d recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel was lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. However? There are a few things that could improve. For example restaurant variety wasn’t that great! Could do with more choices. The club lounge was great and the staff was amazing. However the snacks on the evening could do with more improvement. Have salads and better finger food. The lunch time afternoon tea was great and that’s how’s the evening should be. Housekeeping could do woth improvement, most night we didn’t get turn down service. And rooms were cleaned very late in the day. But overall, we all good had a good time. It’s a beautiful family hotel. We will be going back.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and amenities are nice. The resort is family-oriented so should be noted if you're travelling with/without kids. Taxi costs to tourist attractions were reasonable so did not feel "stranded" at the resort. Was surprised there wasn't a sushi and more fish options in general onsite. Also, while a bit of nuisance more than anything, our shower "room" never seemed to properly drain and a few times seeped into the room foyer. However, Sofitel Palm is an easy yes.

The service great! I would recommend it to both families and couples/ single travellers. It is very quiet and big, the personnel are very friendly and quick to respond to your requests. Would love to visit again

Took my wife and 2 children (7 & 4) as couldn’t have been any happier with our stay. Beautiful location and resort with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to come back!

We previously stayed at this hotel 7 years ago were excited to return having fond memories of the service we received Unfortunately our first experience at check in was not good - 40 minutes waiting in line is not acceptable at a 5 star hotel. Also an argument that our 14 year old daughter will only be able to eat off the kids menu - she eats more than me! We had booked a room with an “awe inspiring view” - I’m not sure the front of the hotel and the cars pulling in and out fitted that description. The room itself was fine - there was some lack of attention to detail - for instance chocolates provided for 2 out of the 3 members of the room most nights, when it rained the cushions had become very stained on the balcony but the covers weren’t replaced - obviously this doesn’t impact the holiday but is indicative that service levels have slipped since our previous visit and it’s these little touches that make a hotel get 5 stars. We always found chairs around the pool and these communal areas were clean - some families were treated like celebrities with staff attending to their every need - I’m not sure what they had done to achieve this but it would be nice if every hotel guest was made to feel special. Half board option gave good variety of restaurants but sizes of some portions (steak and fish) - poor in comparison to main menu dishes.
