We were extremely disappointed by thr communication or lack thereof from tilal Liwa Hotel. I understand that new restrictions are being directed by the government quite frequently. What I do not understand is sending a cancelation notice at 7 pm the night before the reservation. We had arranged covid tests for two families, taken annual leave, and driven the three hours to MZ with our three month old to be notified the night before or the cancelation. The manager was not apologetic and did not offer and compensation for the inconvenience. Will not be supporting this hotel in the future.

Professional, kind and friendly staff. Cleanliness and comfort. Delicious foods. Staff and facilities complying with COVID-19 precautions. Special getaway for the family.
