Dalyan Michelangelo Boutique Hotel

Hotel is very clean and pretty. The front desk man at check in was very serious and we didn’t feel a warm customer service. He asked for passports and shared with us that the hotel charges for children my sons age. Not sure if he was expecting us to pay more for our son. I had paid Expedia with all guests and included my sons age. I did not appreciate his comment. The bathroom has a door stopper in which it has a pointy corner. I walked into it as it’s in the middle of the bathroom. It cut my toe badly. When asked for help they did not even provide bandaids or care to ask how I was feeling. My parents room ran out of toilet paper and when they called the front desk for extra they said they could not provide. Also at check out I was asked if I used the mini bar. When I informed them I had drank the 2 free bottle that came with the room, they asked if I drank the hot ones or the cold ones in the refridgerator. How petty!! I thought. I guess, cold water is charged. The staff- not management are great. Management however need more training in customer service. All the spa facilities are closed and Turkish bath are closed. When asked for Turkish bath they said they wouldn’t open it for just one guest. Expedía should update all these amenities as not available.
