We had a very pleasant stay at Dersaadet. The staff was very helpful and kind. They greeted us with a delicious cup of turkish tea and lokum (who does that really?). Our room was ready for us before check in time and it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip worthwhile.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel! Staff were extremely helpful and treated us like family. Most tourist attractioms were all walking distance. This was my very first hotel stay in Istanbul, and I have no regrets! Hope to come back very soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a small hotel run by a wonderful group of staff. If you are looking for big hotels experiences, then this is not the one for you. But if you are looking for a small, safe, nice, family-oriented hotel, then this is a good choice. We arrived early but they allowed us in. We had a problem in the A/C and they solved it with care and passion. The terrace view (where breakfast takes place) is amazing. The location is very convenient if you are willing to do some walking. We recommend this hotel.

Every person at the hotel is kind, warm, and so helpful. Ozan is fantastic! He shows you everywhere in the city, how to get there and makes reservations for you. I love how it’s family run so you feel at home. Main attractions are a five- ten minute walk.

Really wonderful hotel in Istanbul! This is a small, family owned property. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze. Close to the old town attractions and near a tram line. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast was lovely with fantastic views of the sea.
