Big hotel, but we felt part of the family! The general manager sent us fresh orange juice to our room, another manager gave us cookies and a hotel tour. Our kids loved the pools and they got lots of new friends from all over the world. We even extend our stay, to stay another couple of days at the pool.
Fantastic views ♥️

Excellent stay at Conrad for 3 nights. Quite busy during this time of the year as expected. Overall, the staff was great apart from few areas that requires some improvement - we requested for our infants milk bottles to be cleaned but they were returned after being cleaned twice on two separate occasions with milk stains & foul smell. Hope, Conrad can make it more baby-friendly. The breakfast was good, could’ve been better if they have a dedicated staff member signposting different options at entrance. Would like to mention Eylu, Mehak, Hamid and all the other breakfast staff whom I’ve forgotten to mention - their service during breakfast hours was amazing considering we had an infant with us. :)

The hotel is beautiful, staff is helpful and speak good English. Accessible by bus so for us was really helpful. The restaurant and rooftop had really good food.
We had access to steam and sauna, only point was that the indoor pool was noisy as accessible to all families. Steam room could be under maintenance as some piece were going off the bench and the steam smell wasn’t always a good.
Otherwise we had an amazing stay, bed so confortable and bedsheet also soft. Clean bathroom and room.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed my time there. This time I stayed with my kid and it was really conviniet to take her for a walk in te park in front of the hotel whcih has a small playground. Room service was good and quick. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very functional gym (for a hotel gym)and good steam room and sauna.

Hotel was generally nice with a relatively good location, however as with all hotels, get the wrong member of staff an it makes an impression as lasting as if you got the right member - both of which happened.
Concerning that a laptop left behind wasn't notified to us until 2 days after (we moved rooms and had to enquire - it was sitting in their staff room).
Breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly but the entire experience is soured by a hotel populated entirely by a specific demographic of guests and their crazy children cared for by nannies. This is not a cheap hotel so the pure chaos around the hotel lobby 24/7 is a massive put off. They are not Turks who are generally lovely to share a hotel with.
Also why a hotel like this still allows people to smoke cigars right next to me at 8am during breakfast is incredibly frustrating.
The hotel is in a position that means you either have to persevere the rip off taxis (they will always try to rip you off - as a turk I apologise) or you walk for miles. We're a walking family, so 20k steps a day is not a problem - but mix in 40 deg heat, lots of hills and the worst traffic and driving I've seen in my entire life means stress levels were elevated.
The nearest tram line (which is awesome to be fair) is about 30 minutes walk.
Again, not the fault of the hotel but its position on a hill will expose you to these issues.

Impecable customer service at the conrad, from the doormen (Bülent) to the breakfast buffet, they covered all our needs. I was travelling with family and also disabled parents and the hotel services were great for this. The breakfast buffet was also a hit, with plenty of options and wonderful views of the Bosporus. The pools were also good, with both indoor and outdoor pools as well as sauna and steam room.
The only criticism is the room decor, which seems a bit dated.

Good selection for breakfasts, friendly staff and ample space in our connecting twin bedroom for a family of 4. Good rainy day pool option and great views from the Summit bar. Decor at the bar could do with an update to match the views you get but otherwise great food and drinks there as well.
