Alida Hotel

The stay was perfect! The owner and his family was so very kind and spoke English well. They went above and beyond to help us book a shuttle the next morning and to make our stay comfy. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect!

This hotel is comprised of about 3 floors all situated around an outdoor pool. It appears some of the rooms are used as a hotel while other rooms are used by family members. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is old and the condition of the rooms varied. I was in a family suite with two sleeping areas but a shared very small bathroom. The A/C was not powerful enough to cool the entire room so sleeping was not as easy. The room for another traveling companion was in better condition. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay but not as extensive as other Turkish Hotel offerings. If I came here again I would probably stay at a different property but for the price, this was fine.

Clean & convenient family owned hotel very close to Pamukkale Travertines. Hakan was very informative & helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Gracious host in a clean, quiet family run hotel. Easy walking distance to the travertine walk and many places to eat. Spartan room furnishings with a common terrace overlooking a small pool. Nice local breakfast provided. Would stay there again

I have stayed here previously, and would stay here again. The location is great, rooms are clean but most importantly the family that run it are amazing. They are all about making you feel at home and offering fantastic service. We departed and half hour out on a small back road we got a fly tyre, we couldn’t get a response from Avis so I called Hotel Alida and he immediately arranged for someone to come and help us. They are truly caring people. Highly highly recommend.

Great cozy little hotel run by a nice family just in front of the travertine pools; great value for money

The best thing about the hotel is the location in Pamukkale next to the white mountain however if you have a car I suggest you get a hotel in Denizli city as nothing to see after you visit the mountain and the ruins even restaurants will triple the prices for tourists . You can even come by a Taxi and still cheaper for you. The mini bar in the hotel room has nothing and you must buy water and other drinks from the reception, there is a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee or sugar or cups so it is for display only . Room size is ok and the bathroom is clean . Pool is small apparently for kids . Breakfast is very limited in food and time. All hotels in Pamukkale are old fashion and hotels in Denizli are better and I recommend to stay in the city and come to Pamukkale in the morning as one day is enough to see all the attractions and the ruins. The area is fantastic and worth visiting, I will give Alida Hotel 5 out of 10 overall.

Had a fantastic stay here, our room was a large family room, fantastic view of the travetines. Very clean and had all you need for a great stay. The owners and staff were lovely and couldnt do enough for you. Lovely Turkish Breakfast. Within very easy walking distance to travetines restaurants and shops. Balloons go over the hotel early morning around 6am, would definitely stay here again

The family and staff were super friendly and helpful Breakfast was great! Location is absolutely the best possible The room and hotel were nice and clean but walls are thin so you hear neighbors and courtyard Hot water took a while to get hot Be sure to take a balloon tour and stay at least 2 full days I will stay at Alida in the future and have already recommended it to friends traveling next month
