This hotel has all conditions to be top class. Fantastic location, beautiful architecture and park, thrilling water slides. The see is great around Kemer and the beach is fine, although with stones. However, some areas need considerable improvements (on the positive side, guest service is very attentive to client feedback and certain improvements were noted during our stay): 1 Sunbeds on the beach. At the beginning there were simply not enough. After a few days the put of additional sunbeds, without umbrellas though. Still, there was no beach staff, other than the ones giving towels. People reserved sun-beds with whatever they had, did not show up for half of the day, and the staff did not care. 2. Main restaurant. On the first days, I had the impression that most of the staff simply did not know what to do. Everyone was busy but it was very hard to get anyone to clean the table, bring drinks etc. Cleaning was weakest point. A couple of times I was the first to come for lunch, I tried at least five tables and they all looked as if someone had sitten there before. 3 Poor information. Key holder had QR code with a link, but in my view info was not sufficient and user friendly.
Overall, we are rather positive for the price paid. We had to nice adjacent Laguna Superior rooms for the family of five. I recommend these rooms on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.

Location, Beach and mountains behind are surreal. Rooms in general are good even the ones without sea or pool view. Food is good but could be better, I think less options and better quality is better. Family rooms with sofa is much bigger than double or twin rooms. If a cool room is important to you make sure the AC is cool enough before accepting the room. This is a family with children resort so expect a bit of noise. I like late checkout because they let you extend and pay per hour- win win. Check the Wi-Fi signal in your room before accepting the room. Some room have poor Wi-Fi signal.

The worst all inclusive hotel i have ever stayed. Completely waste of time and Money even you paid more than the others.

Reception & Vale: We have waited more than 10 mins in to the car and nobody came to gather the key and the luggages.
After 20 mins, the guy with a rude accent talked to us and gave a different room rather than i paid.
Lobby- It was terrible , like an airport entrance, people were lying on the sofas, pillows were on the floor...
Snack Bar: Flies and bees were everywhere, very anti hygiene , foods were tasteless and waiters were very rude and did not have English.
Bars: Barmens did not have skills. even you do not have too much option, they were not able to prepare a good drink. Too much queue. They were very rude
Main restaurant:I did not know where it came from but every night there were smoke in the place and it covered everywhere. People were used to have dinner with smoke!
Dishes and cups were very dirty. I realized dirty cups once i tried to get my own drink , because of nobody helped us.
Save your children and be very careful once you were served in this hotel!
Beach:Sand was awful! My kid's swimsuit was smudged because of the sand.
Sand moved from somewhere with trucks. Probably it was used for instructure.
Animation:
They were very amatour, still trying to entertaint the people with Lambada Dance
Pros:Sea was beautiful and clean.
Kemer is a beautiful place to go to holiday
Definetely not recommended!

Went in october half term, 2 adults & 2 children.
Hotel is exactly as the website pictures - very nice looking, good facilities, water slides are certainly above average for a hotel.
What let the hotel down was :
* The hotel didnt seem to have enough staff. This meant that many of the facilities were only partially open. For example, normally only about half the slides would be running, there would be a queue for drinks at the bar, and many of the staff seemed permanently hassled. It was a quiet period with lower occupancy, so they clearly cut staff numbers, but perhaps cut them a little too much for the volume of guests.
* The food was almost exactly the same every day. The food itself in the main restaurant was fine, but by the end of the week it was good to leave. As a result of the low staff numbers, the other restaurants onsite that offered different types of food were mostly closed.
All in all, it was a good week, but I wouldnt go to this hotel again.

The variety of activities for children is very good. There was a large choice of food but there was more focus on presentation and quantity rather than the quality of the food. The pools were clean and it is a very comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
