Great stay with family

The hotel it selfish was good however the both inside and outside pool didn't have any life guards around at all time with all the kids being in it. Food can be better? For example if you say chicken tandoori then it should smell and taste like chicken tandoori if you don't know take a cooking lessons in Asian, Italian, european food. I understand everyone wants a tip but it don't hurt just to help your guest. In my opinion I believe the all round staff needs more training and especially into to greeting guest. Location of hotel is very good and one more thing there is no beach with this hotel. If you need to buy any thing just go to local shops it's 10 time cheaper.

It was the most terrible experience i have in a hotel. Where do i start ? I booked 2 rooms for 5 people, one room with a big bed and a twin bed ehich was the case and the other room supposed to have two beds but we found only one and i had to share the cover with my father. The refrigerator didn't work in one room and i had to ask the reception three times for them to replace/repair it. Room service didn't put new shower gel and we had to share a small bottle for 2 days !! The ventilator didn't work in both rooms. The sheets of the bed were really dirty, we still can't believe it is a 5 star hotel. The whole family was happy when we left and didn't have to stay one more night.

The hotel in general is nice and the location is GREAT .. in the heart of Kaleiçi (the old city) .. very close to outside restaurants .. the hotel is at a reef not a beach, great for underwater scenery, but not safe for kids/family/inexpert swimmers ...
