Hatyai Signature Hotel

Needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink filthy typical of undercounts. Mould showing along shower and generally needs a good cleaning. Beds not as comfy as I remember same with pillows. Noise is a issue and staff should be more aware and say something. All night people outside socializing and loud in hallways and family with kids screaming in the pool at 7am. Will not return.

We booked 4 twin rooms for 2 nights through hotels.com and due to I am the regular user of hotels.com, I was entitled for 2 hours earlier check in. BUT !!! That is not the case when we arrived the hotel (even it is just 45mins before the normal check-in time. We have then to wait at the lobby till the normal check-in time. So was kind of disappointed with the offer that hotels.com provided. The place is ok, the restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, but if one really want to compare it with those local old authentic restaurants, then the restaurant food is just ok and the price of course is much expensive. There is a swimming pool and a gym, the pool is small, but we were lucky that there is no one there, therefore ou family member can have the whole small pool to ourselves. 3 of us and the pools is filled up if you really want to swim, unless you only plan to soak in the water. On the 2nd day, we went out for a day trip and back to the hotel by 4:30pm, all the 4 rooms were not made, so we called to get the room clean up and get the replacement of fresh 2 bottles of water and clean towels. Over all the saty is still consider good.
