Idyllic Concept Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Idliyic, 2 adults and our 9 yr old. We had a room overlooking the pool (not the main pool and beach). It was lovely and spacious, and suited our r family perfectly. The pools were lovely, we all loved the swim up bar. Food was amazing and only a little more expensive than places to eat outside the hotel. We always made breakfast (which is unheard off) , lunch was amazing and we went to the seafood bbq on the beach. I would def stay here again, although felt the hotel is getting a little tired. But like I said I would stay again in a heart beat. Location on the island was fab, beach was fab, hotel staff were amazing. We had a couple of issues in our room, our air conditioning stopped working during the night (the workmen were at our room within 5mins), they couldn’t fix the problems and within 15 mins of reporting the issue, we were being offered another room for the night, whilst the issue was resolved. It was and were back in at 10am the next day. We couldn’t fault the hotel or staff, we loved it and hopefully we will return soon to the idyllic and Koh Lipe.
