The VELO'S hotel and BMX Pump Track

It’s always nice to be back at Velo’s, me and my family like everything in this hotel. We have been here many times before.

Bike hotel concept with a good facilities especially for the family. A lot of thing you can do here with your kid. 60 Meters swimming pool with slider and kid pool, Bicycle hill for skating and cycling.

This must be the best hotel Aranyaprathet has to offer. Most others are old and outdated. The Velo hotell is very well designed and has a cycling theme throughout. The rooms are nice and comes in different sizes. Facilities are really good (for being a hotel outside the tourist tracks) and one could choose from a great pump track, gym, large swimming pool, a water slide etc. Only downside is: 1. No elevator, we had to carry our heavy bags plus baby up to the third floor. 2. Staff are not at all professional; poor english skills, they are not familiar with "Welcome", "Thank you" etc. At check in you are instead welcomed by the word: "id" and at breakfast they welcome you at the door with the word "Voucher". No one smiles and no one are doing anything extra to make you feel welcome. But, none the less, we will return to this hotel next time we visit!

My husband was quite sick with a cold when we arrived and the staff eventually agreed to let us check in early, which was nice. The more days we stayed the warmer became the reception with the staff at the hotel. At the time we were there the pool was being renovated so we did not have a chance to use it but it looked like a nice pool with a water slide for kids. They also have a bike track but we did not use this. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. So all in all, I would recommend this hotel. We will try it again on our next trip to Aranyapratet.
