Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at this hotel went pretty well. We arrived and was quickly checked into our room with a sea view. They quickly set up an extra bed in our room for my son who ended up joining us. The room was very clean, great views, updated interior and big in size. The offer several options for dining on site. We chose the rooftop bar. This was a little different experience as the service was absolutely horrible. We found that the only person who was truly working was the restaurant manager. Don't get me wrong, he was great, but one person working all the tables as the other staff stood chit chatting doesn't work well with getting refills on your drinks or ordering food. Overall the food was good, but the views from the rooftop bar were the best. We did manage to go down to the pool however, there were so many children in it that we opted out of taking a dip. Suggestion of adult hours at night would be a plus.
