The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket

The hotel is great. The location is beautiful. Front desk workers are very helpful, polite and provided great service. We arrived very early and had notified of early check in, the rooms were ready at arrival, much appreciated after a long travel ❤️. We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday and the hotel sraff did an excellent job of making her feel extra special. We had the all inclusive package, it was of good value with variety of food and drink for everyone's liking, specially for the kids. Ordering of food and drink, both in the restaurants and by the pool is a bit slow, they work hard to keep up but are a bit inefficient. All in all, we had a great stay.

Extremely poor service for a property of this size. Very less staff, hotel rooms very old. At the main pool there was one person who was bar tender, cleaner and server. Extremely rude service, taking over an hour to get drinks. Kids room is very small and restaurants are pathetic. Pizza restaurant prego has one person serving, won’t even serve water and kept saying pizza oven is broken. Breakfast is very expensively priced. Beach outside is like a swamp, won’t recommend this place to a family.

Fantastic experience. Hotel staff were attentive to our needs, and went the extra mile to ensure a great stay for my family.

We spent our honeymoon here and our stay was perfect so good service welcom drink and buggy to the room really fun once more amazing they have a very nice breakfast it was one of the best I’ve ever been to all in all my life and hotel is perfect for every occasion couple and family

Amazing views and grounds. Serenity In prego pool provided welcome shade and swimming in Uncrowded pool. Room facilities provided for us as family of four were impeccable. Service provided by staff was first class; in particular concierge advice and help provided by management when our departure flight was delayed. Looking forward already to our next trip from hk. Rod

The hotel and staff were truly world class. My only criticism which is so very minor is that you are contained to some extent to the hotel. For us this was a great win as you really didnt need to go anywhere. With 4 pools, 4 restuarants and happy hour and endless activities it was a dream holiday. Highly recomend and cant wait to go back. Kids club and kids menus were fantastic also.
