Everything is nearly perfect. May be some kid activities may be better.

Wonderful staff and great view. Pretty decent breakfast. Nice rooms. No complaints at all. I recommend. Family hotel, quiet with children

The customer service by the front desk staff is the worst I've experienced in 15 years of international traveling. A saftey issue was raised with the front desk after my oldest child slipped and fell due to the tub leaking. The front desk person we spoke to was very nonchalant about the issue. The front desk staff also gave conflicting information about their laundry service. One staff member told us that if we dropped off laundry bedore 10:00am it would be returned the same day. We based our decision to do laundry the day before leaving on that information. We go to drop the laundry off at 08:00am and was told that it would t be ready until the afternoon of the following day...well after we departed. Again when I pointed out the conflicting information the front desk staff could have cared less. The service by the rest of the hotel staff was admittedly pretty good but the front desk staff were just horrible.

Breakfast cold be better - My kids were disappointed having to ask for a rasher of bacon every time. Small things could be done to improve this. Great stay, great location, excellent staff but breakfast could be better. I think i would look at staying elsewhere next time just for a better breakfast
