Is good hotel for family that have kids

Staff were super nice. Room was fine for us as we were out all day and only slept there. Resort is nice and pool is good. The AC was really good :) a good option for a cheap place to stay. Place would be great for kids as had a lot of activities and 2 big water slides into the pool.

It does has nice pools. The breakfast was good and the staffs are nice. For a family room we booked, it was very small. We stayed at room 2119. I am not sure if it was the hotel or the property next door, but when we open the room door, it smelled like a septic tank is near by. Our hot water didn't work, asked multiple time, but it never got fix. I think my money could have been better spent somewhere else.

This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food was good also. My girls loved the kids club especially the staff who were awesome, mini disco, foam party, water slides and I would absolutely stay here again.

The room had a lower standard than we thought. Pictures on net not 100 correct. Refrigerator was small and AC noisy. Service ok. Some issues with breakfast. When breakfast was 1 hour before closing there was missing more and more. Fruit, child meny etc. Prices in pool bar was insane. 10 times more expensive for a beer compared with the grocery store. The happy hour was only for 2 drinks. The hotel is full of Ryssa. Maybe ok if you are Russian, or at least speak Russian. The Ice cream bar in reception is great, but expensive. The pool area was good, but a bit narrow. We will not go back to this hotel.

A very good place to stay with kids. They have plenty of activities to keep kids off all ages busy throughout the day. Think movies, gaming consoles, kids playroom with an activity schedule, teen hideout, pool parties, foam parties, organised games and activities by the pool side, multiple pools, water slides etc. The room (family suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage options in the room. Surin Beach is just across the road from the hotel entrance and there are quite a few restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Special mention to the buffet breakfast. It was very well catered to all ages and dietary requirements. More options than any other hotel breakfast I have seen so far.

Really sweet staff, and many activities for children. Not much to see outside the hotel beside the nice beach. If you want to spent time just in hotel, it is perfect for kids. I wish the hotel would stop offering trips for tigershpws, dolphin shows and other animal cruelty events.

The staff was SO sweet. Nice activities for kids. The room are not in the best condition. The doors are very heavy and can’t open fully up. Kids can’t open the Doors by them self. The hotel is nice and the Beach is very close with small shops. But no “city”. Only 1 street nearby with few shops. The “ice popcicle” phone was fixed, but can only be used 1 hour a day. Otherwise it looks like the pictures with all facilities. Nice breakfast with many choices.

I booked a king size and got a nice and decent twin. Changed to king after 1 night. It was in a bad state. Fridge not working. Got a new fridge. Also not working. Third fridge worked. After 6 days or so, suddenly water came down from ceiling (next to light spots). Couldn’t be fixed. Had to change room again (third time). Got upgraded to a very run down family suite. This hotel needs a serious renovation!

Overall a good room and less crowded area of Phuket. The resort is recommended mostly to families
