Arinara Beach Resort Phuket

We only had a short 3 night stay for our family of four, GREAT room attached pools and good general pool facilities, polite and friendly staff.

Overall was good. Beach front Enough area for young kids to play Breakfast with good options but staff members have a terrible attitude. Dont ask them for something twice or ask them to change something or dont tell them how you would like for something to be done. Do that and you will get frustrated with their attitude. Don't like what you do then do something else. You are working in the hospitality segment then you have to know how to talk to people and how to deliver your serice in a pleasant manner. Overall was a good stay but going back to Phuket, we will find another property.

I love the beach , the Beautiful pool , the breakfast bar I loved every minute of my stay. I can’t say anything bad about this place , I loved it My family and I we had a wonderful time .

The property has an excellent customer service. A clean & well maintained resort with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended for family with children. Family oriented resort.

First of all for $80 night there’s nothing I should really complain about but … (1) internet was poor while next door at various beach-front bars it was fast and reliable, (2) buffet breakfast was plentiful but not much quality stuff, (3) not a whole lot nearby to see and do. The good stuff - pools were huge and shallow for the kids, rooms were very clean, beds were firm. So all up - value for money no doubt.

Great stay at spacious 4 star beach resort. We had two Grand Deluxe rooms with garden view for us and our 3 teenagers including buffet breakfast daily. We found the food to be great and the kids especially loved the fruit shakes at the pool. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. We had no issues at this property; it was clean, well-cared for and had a beautiful Thai style without paying for 5 star 'frills' we wouldn't use. Easy access to the beach, water sports and taxis, tuk-tuks, other restaurants and shops without being super-busy like Patong.

Very good hotel in general, right on the beach, got all the necessities you need, great breakfast, dinner choices...good quality food Good for families(pool is very family friendly, among other things)

Nice stay here, kids loved the pool, good location, nice service. Beds & pillows hard. Property a little tired. Overall Good

Nice pool area and right at the beach. Breakfast below average and I got food poisoning the last day of our stay eating the breakfast. Rooms are old style but large. Good for families. Not couples. Pillows are too thick.

Very nice family hotel with lots of children friendly activities, direct beach access and various swimming pools. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. Only negative point is the internet connection, which constantly switches off.
