U Khao Yai

My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there.

If you are looking for a laid back experience, good and clean ammenities, family friendly, this unque french based property is recommended

Hotel has a cosy setting, with lots of picturesque corners for photo taking. Great place for family stay.

Breakfast is very nice and the 24hrs stay policy is very good. My family is very enjoy the stay with U Khao Yai.

I stayed 3D2N with my family in suite room of U Khao Yai. I like their policy of 24 hours use hotel room a lot. It's fair to guest. I like the suite room espcially its location that close to swimming pool and fitness. But I didn't like the services and hotel staff at the front (esp. a staff who name Fai) she was not friendly and couldn't provide effectice services to my family. I found a problem with the lighting in the room and after 3 times calling, no staff come to solve the problem, I had to walk to the reception and asked for solution directly. Moreover, I think the hotel should improve the towel cleanliness as I found many dark spots. And I also found a bad smell of vomiting on the mattress which the hotel staff had to change it for me at 10 P.M.

Very beautiful garden and ambience. Nice and clean room and very spatial. Restaurant is not large and really crowded in the ling weakend. Small warm-water swimming pool, good enough for enjoying with kids but also could be very crowded during ling weekend it holliday.
