My family of four stayed here. Warm and thoughtful service. The quality was high and it was a wonderful experience. We would like to come back again.

Having to take a boat to and from the resort is time consuming and isolating. It’s also an added expense and was quite unsafe. Luggage was falling all over the passengers..the boat stopped at a port and no one would communicate with us as to why. It was hot, loud and very bumpy. One couple with a baby refused to continue on the boat and stormed off bc it was unsafe for the baby. I don’t blame them. Be advised if you arrive at low tide you will have to get out and walk to shore. The tide is only in a few hours a day so you can’t really use the ocean much..and it makes the view of a ugly, muddy ocean floor. Check out takes forever so budget an hour of waiting for them To “check” your room. The grounds are overgrown and not manicured. The bungalows are very worn and beaten. We did enjoy the food and the pools! Staff were super nice. The Village behind the resort is dirty and a tourist trap. I would avoid it.

We had a delightful 5 night stay, an indulgent and total break for us from routine life, which felt like much longer. A perfect settinng, with delightful gardens and pools, great snorkelling off the beach and on a half day boat trip. Everything very well maintained. Staff members exceptionally friendly and attentive, as well as being quite unobtrusive. Special thanks to Chan at reception who helped us plan our day in Phuket prior ti flight home. We hope to be back with family next year

My wife and I had an amazing time at the resort. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. We booked the junior suite that is facing the beach. We were steps away from the water. The pools were great and our massage was perfect. We will be coming here again To Thailand, just to stay here. The only way in and out of the resort is via a boat. If you take a ferry direct to the pier, you will need to arrange for a king boat shuttle to the resort. I would recommend just booking a ferry to and from the resort and any excursions with the resort. It is only a little bit more and worth knowing it’s all taken care of.

Great place for younger family or couple to relax in two pools and good food. A local village is near for local food or alcohol drinks. I would not recommend for teenage children or adults looking for fun and night life. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. Immaculate, tidy and blue as blue beach at the front of the resort. Staff were very friendly and were willing to assist at any time. The only down side is that you are a 25 minute boat ride from the main area of phi phi and the boat prices are jacked up considerably in the afternoon/evening. If you are looking to just relax and not leave the resort. This is the place for you! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends/family.

The hotel is lovely but some of the staff member were not very accommodating and helpful. we stayed in a deluxe garden room which turned out as a downgrade and not an upgrade. The rooms are very far so we had to use the buggy service which took very long to get every time. Overall moving around in the resort is very uncomfortable with kids. Also the shower had only a shower top so it was very difficult for the kids. Would not recommend this hotel with young kids unless you stay in a room that is very close to the main area.
