I was utterly disappointed with the hotel policy of not telling the guest or indicating clearly that children is not allow in tha hotel while I was doing the booking.i was decline check in as I brought my daughter w me. To add things worse the hotel refuse to give full refund which I find it rediculas as I have not even stay at the hotel. I hope this review serve as a warning to all those parents that wish to bring along their child. I feel that I am being ripped off.
