I am not happy with my Novotel hotel booking because I booked a room with private pool, which is a room located on another island 30 minutes from the main hotel. The staff asked me to pay an extra 40 $ for this transfer. Also because it wasn't refundable, the booking they offered me for junior suite was nice but not what I chose and what I paid for. I am not a happy customer.

Big spacious and clean room, comfortable for 1-2 people. The pool is small. Only for family and children. OK for 1-2 nights. There is no shopping malls nearby. But it's away from the busy Pattaya area which is good.

This is a really nice place right on the water. The premier lounge is outstanding & the roof top bar has incredible views! What a great place I will recommend to my friends & family!
