The staff at the breakfast room in this morning made our family so angry and annoyed.

Great pool Terrible beach dirty and not safe for children Limited food available on site Poor location as you need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Stay was spoiled by poor management little things that could easily be fixed, Like, if I want to take some cereal back to my room for my 2 year old who was not up as we had a bit of a late night I was told no takeaway allowed. I would have to order room service and pay for it. Or when paying for the most expensive room in the place I should be able to have a lie in and not be disturbed by the noise of chairs and tables being dragged above our heads and making the room vibrate at 6am as they don’t know that you can put sliders on chairs and table legs in the restaurant above!! Despite several complaints completely ignored.

Lovely resort, very beautiful and comfortable. Only thing is it is far (about 20-30 mins) from pattaya city. I would suggest the resort should have a complimentary shuttle service. Also we stayed in a family suite which had a small private pool which had a plastic spoon and wet tissue in it which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned.

It is very good place for family. All staffs are very professional and kind. When i faced a rental car problem, they checked my car and contacted to the rental company instead of me. Finally, a problem was fixed shortly, i could continue my happy trip. Thanks to all management teams, especially Mr. Boki.

My family (parents and sister) and I stayed for 2 nights 3 days. Arrived om Friday, there was a company group activity on the ground floor like a team buidling. Kind of surprise as I didn’t to this, it was noisy but we didn’t mind much. On second night — Saturday, there was a pool party managed by hotel with loud and noisy dancing songs. Also, we didn’t expect this too. Thought that hotel would be private, chilling, and peaceful type, may be we were wrong about it after all. In term of cleanliness, on arrival day everything was fine. But on second day, sanitary bags haven’t refilled, empty can of cola left onthe desk, hair on floor. The rest are fine, service mind staffs, and hotel ground and scenery were quite nice. Breakfast got variety of food, taste is ok. Restaurant quite packed, there were additional tables due to high traffic. Bunk bed — personally unpractical with low ceiling makes me feel suffocated. But bedding is good.
