At check-in, our suite was not ready but we were pleasantly surprised with a guests lounge that is pretty comfortable. Staff is polite and friendly. The room is pretty dark at night, it might be a good idea to add more lights. Lastly, i recommend that safety of bathroom to be reviewed. There are steps leading up to a platform and the bath-tub is a drop. It might be good idea to add railings to for elderly / children to balance themselves when getting in / out of the bathtub or up/down the steps.

televisoins did NOT work. came to repair 3 times, complete incompitance, Never enough towels, or bathroom tissue. I had to buy Toilet paper for two days out of three. We are a family of FOUR!! Unbelievable noise from partiers, in the next room! No sleep for my wife or I!! For 2 0f our 3 nights! They say family freindly hotel, thats a joke. Oh yes the pool water was disscusting at best. Tt check out, the made us wait because the clown inspecting our room they thought we stole a coffee spoon! then finally they found it. If that wasnt all bad enough, the bell hop practiclly attacked me to get my bag, and roll it the additional 20 feet or so to our cab, all in a pathetic attempt to get a tip!!! HE LET MY WIFE AND CHILDREN CARRY THE REST OF THE HEAVIER BAGS FOR THEMSELF. I will never recomend this dump!

the breakfast is nice, lots of items, and yummy, the balcony is big, good for smokers or just take a seat and enjoy the breeze from Pattaya Beach, but the bed arrangement in the rooms are quite funny, double bed and twins beds are the same, depends on you separate them at the middle or not, I booked both for my family, I lived in the twins bedroom with my mum but we needed to separate them ourselves. Check-in progress was not that smooth, we arrived around 11:30, but the staff told us that we need to wait until 14:00, it's ok, we backed to hotel again on 14:00 but the staff seems forgot everything we talked and need do the whole thing again and one of our room need to wait until 14:30...luckily the staffs are all polite and patient....

As a family, we did not enjoy our stay in the hotel as we expected: 1) the rooms were small for 3 people, 2) There was no where to store our clothes ( o cupboards to store our clothes) 3) Breakfast was not very as we expected, very few choices to select from. as a muslim family, we had problems as many choices for breakfast were with pork..

4 days 3 nights stay, quite carefree and one of safety hotel at pattya. Many body massage shops(b2b) nearby. Good for single due to guest friendly policy. Easy to get there and silent place, only 30 mins to shuttle bus stops to Bangkok. Bad wifi and no hot water bath. All in all, good for family and single traveller.
