Sand Dunes Chaolao Beach Resort

This is a phenomenal hotel resort, right on the beach with a great staff, lovely rooms, excellent food and a wonderful pool! I highly recommend this place for single travelers, couples and families.

A good hotel. The deluxe room we had was excellent, clean and a good size for 2 of us. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even those who didn’t speak English (and why should they) did their best to understand and be understood. We stayed after our civil wedding and before and after our traditional ceremony at my wife’s family home, the hotel put extra decorations on the bed to make it romantic and special, a lovely unexpected gesture. The one thing I gathered from one of our party is there is a big difference between superior and deluxe rooms so it’s worth spending the extra money. Some of our party said the corner rooms are excellent too

Great place with nice facilities. Friendly staff, although the most of them had poor english skills. Very helpful and friendly though, and the manager mr Paul is a very good guy. The «city» is very small and there are not so much to do, but for is with 2 minors and a baby IT was enough😅

Nothing is that bad but nothing is good either. Noisy and crowded. The room was too moist. Good for noisy family to stay but never good for people who need privacy and calm.

We stayed in pool access room. My kid really enjoy the pool. The room cleanliness needs to improved and inspect before guest check in.

I like the location of the hotel and its pool and beach. I didn't like the kid club.
