Brought my family for a quick Embassy visit. Walking distance from Emsphere (pleeeenty of food options!!...) Reception Pen at front desk was great host! Will definately return if in area again, if not just for the great price room but the hospitality. A very warm welcome..

Decent place for stay but there was always foul smell whenever step in the hotel room. The surrounding may not be conducive for single traveller or families with young kids.

I booked this hotel for my family for 3 nights, but we left on the same day as we checked in. The room was old and need an update asap. We found ants from the bathroom, table in the living room and also edges on the fridge. I checked the beds and noticed there was bed bugs and we told the receptionist and he came to our room with insects spray which is not helping in that situation. We left to another hotel. I chose this hotel because the good reviews etc, but cant recommend this hotel at all.

The property was great for our family of five. I love that the room was spacious and had two shower rooms and two toilet rooms. A quick 10-15 minute walk to the Phrom Phong BTS station and lots of snack stores and restaurants close by.

A very relaxing stay in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Sukhumvit . A 5 minute walk will get you to the Phromhphong Station, The apartment is beautiful, and very much lives up to the photos. The penthouse is so perfect when you come with the family. We will definitely come back again for sure, highly recommend for big group to book the Penthouse unit.

The toilets need major repairs or renovations. Very old & stained shower room with low water pressure, blocked drainage & poorly lit. Tooth brush not provided. The bedrooms are comfortable but no TV channels. YouTube also not working. Overall OK for a family stay

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly for a big group of family. We stay at the penthouse suite 4 bedroom, it was very awesome! very spacious living area is a good plus for a big family like us. The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that Reception and staff made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out.I am looking forward to staying here again one day.
