Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55

I recently stayed here at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 during my regular visit to Bangkok to see my family, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. It made it easy for me to visit my family and explore the vibrant city without any hassle. The amenities were also impressive, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The spa on the fifth floor was my favourite place to end my day with my mum. I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever been in Bangkok. Overall, my first stay here exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect home away from home, and I look forward to returning on my next visit in December.

Great choice for relaxing and family trip. Onsen is perfect. Executive room recommended for family.

We love everything about this hotel. Convenient location, The room is beautiful, pool is nice and warm, staffs are friendly and helpful, and their buffet is amazing!!! Our family really enjoyed our time there and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Hope to be back again when we visit Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The hotel has all the amenities for a comfortable family stay: pool, sauna and jacuzzi, a gym, and a play room for children. The breakfast in the hotel was great — lots of options to satisfy everyone's taste. The service was excellent — the staff was very helpful and accomodated all our asks. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay for a few days in Bangkok.

An elegant and very well appointed hotel. We loved our 23rd floor family suite with gorgeous views of the whole city. Nighttime was especially beautiful. Loved the multifunction toilets and the comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was also impressive and well worth the 550 bahts.

Convenient and superb service and facilities. I had the family suite - a one bedroom with adjoining room and we like it. The interior furnishings are top notch and the management spared no cost at fitting each bathroom and even the lobby restrooms with expensive efficient water closets. My only suggestion is that Blue Spice offers more Thai food selection in their menu. Apparently we only enjoyed that from room service menu. Nonetheless the hotel is one first class accommodation.

What was great: Friendly staff, and property is very clean. The coffee and tea options in the lobby is great. The ability to exchange currency at the hotel was also useful. I liked the free transportation to and from the train station from the hotel. There are also lots of shopping or eating spots within walking distance. What was not so great: The paid for breakfast option was yummy and I liked most of the options. However, sometimes the food was not warm (such as the porridge). The rooms are not noise proof at all, I wake up hearing people walk and talk down the hallways. When children yell in the hallway it sounds like they are in my room next to me. The bidet also would make random noises at night. I did not have restful sleep here.

Very nice, warm & friendly service all around. My motto is to always greet each and everyone with a smile first, slow down and really catch their eye, then hands together and say good morning from your heart. The humble beam and smile back provides a wonderful experience each and every time. From then on, they beam when they see you. It's pure delight and you've shown your respect as you should. Ok, dinner? Please trust me, go ready to eat, and taste a little bit of everything. You don't like vegitables? You absolutely will on those dishes! Meat and fish cooked as they should be by a chief that knows what they are doing. There are so many entrees. They take appetizers, entrees, side dishes, deserts, drinks, and everything else to the next level! BUT, just too many dishes to not overstuff on purpose, and you are even considering going again! One word of advice...do not go later than a half of an hour. You will be then eating passed closing time and they do start wrapping up. That will be your fault. I stayed quite a while taking my time with each dish. The staff laughed at me cause i was a kid in a candy store. Especially deserts. Wow! So...give yourself plenty of time! Breakfast buffet was ok and plentyful but did not stand out like dinner. The hotel is elequant and the rooms nicely done. To me this is truly a 5 star winner whether it was rated overall or not. I come back to Bangkok in 2 weeks. Yes. I will stay here again.
