Me and my family had a wonderful time with Eleven Hotel. We booked two rooms with a king size bed but got upgraded to a 2 double size bed. Staff were also approachable and helpful. We also had dinner in their Thai Me Up Cafe and food was so good! Overall, we've enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

On soi 11 sukhumvit. This is a hotel for a single male or couple. Not an area for families. The pool was bad a lot of algae floating in the pool and stuck between the tile to the grout. The pictures of the room i stayed in were deceiving

We are a family of 4 members staying in two connecting rooms which are reasonably good. Free breakfast buffet daily. Location is good - 3 minutes walk from Nana station.

Inside room constant loud machinery noise. Outside hotel constant hassle from street vendors and night scene. Not family orientated.

Good price, great family room. Breakfast on the 9th floor, open air dining area was diverse and plentiful

Generally happy with the stay . Connecting room was great for families with kids . Hotel breakfast was also quite good with different selection daily . 5 min walk from hotel to Nana BTS .

Hotel itself is good and staffs were friendly. I was greeted by Nook at front desk and she is attentive to our needs. Soi11 is kind of 'redlight district'. If you don't mind but I do not think this hotel is suitable for family with kids. Walking distance to Nana BTS, not very near but manageable.
