The Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 is in a perfect location. They have a shuttle that takes you to the metro and the main road. The family room was excellent for our family. It has a kitchen, washing machine and great shower.

Although the hotel is old, the room maintenance is good. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, but disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers were provided upon request. So it was inconvenient to continue using the same toothbrush after the first request. Since it's an old building, you have to close the door strongly when going out.
Service tends to be slow. When we first checked in, there was an issue with the sink, so we requested a repair, which took 30 minutes. The repair itself was quick, but it seems that the communication between the staff takes a long time. We requested to change room because the family room on the 7th floor was right above the swimming pool, so it was noisy. We could move the room around 11 p.m. However, we left something in the previous room and asked them to bring it to us, which also took about 30 minutes. It seems like there's a lack of proper communication among the staffs.
There's a shuttle tuk-tuk to the main road every 10 minutes from the hotel, and it's close to the Asok station, so you can easily go anywhere."

Spent a week here with family. Great location within walking distance to shops, malls and restaurants. Would stay again.

What a lovely stay here with a family with small children. We had a cozy family room with plenty of space. Good beds, comprehensive breakfast with excellent matcha from a machine and many varities of kimchi which I happen to love. Also bread, cereal etc available. Lovely service, pool suitable for small children as well! Also tried the gym, great experience too.
Only minus was the aircon in the room, it was a bit too effiencent and loud! But the stay altogether was excellent.

The staff were quick to respond to our requests. The family suite we booked was perfect for us. The location of the hotel was quiet .

This hotel locates near Sukhumvit road, but a few minutes walk from the mainstreet, it was really silent at hotel.
In the Sukhumvit street, there are many shops and restaurants, also local food stalls, so you can enjoy bangkok based on here.
In my case, I wanted to enjoy Silom, so I moved to the different one, but if you are with your family or friends, this hotel is good to stay in relax.
(If possible please try to ask room facing park. Then the view must be stunning.)

I have stayed here many times with my family. Always a pleasant stay. Currently there is some construction going on in the lobby. There is a temporary reception on the F floor near the fitness and pool.

We were upgraded to a large two room apartment with cooking and washing amenities. Greatly appreciated as we did not get our luggage until after 7 days.
Super nice staff and very child friendly.
Hotel is a bit old but nothing that disturbs.
