JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel

The room is spacious and the breakfast is quite to the point! We enjoyed our family time together! However, It is quite distant from the BTS and only few shuttle services are available during the day! We used tuk tuk service and grab to survive those days!

We love our 2 room suites. It’s so big our family of 4 were very comfortable for thr whole stay.

Let’s just say I finally found a hotel with good beds with a good price. Very comfy, the staff, the bell persons, the front desk, breakfast and overall service was great. The view from the room and the bar too was breathtaking. Only complaint was the bathroom floors are so slippery we have to be very careful not to slip. My whole family had multiple close calls, especially for my elderly parent. It was a scary and thankful no one was hurt. Our door was not completely closed after a cleaning due the a faulty design of the door. However I still enjoyed this place. The positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay. I finally had decent sleep after a week long vacation somewhere else. Thanks JC Kevin for a great stay.

Nice size apartment, perfect for someone traveling with kids, there's a BTS a short walk away and a few nice restaurants around. Hotel's rooftop restaurant is very expensive. Our room's fridge and master bathroom both didn't smell that nice, but we didn't complain so potentially it was just that room s issue rather than the hotel as a whole

It's great for family and good breakfast

The view from the room was nice and good bathtub. About the room amenities were normal, that’s good for family trip.

Staff were friendly but thats were the good things ended. It was dirty, everytime we tried to close the curtains they would break, our main door always got stuck and we had to put all our weight on it to close it it pull it as hard as we could, they offered my son a dirty cot as a bed. Apparently it was for kids up to 4yrs old. My son in 3yrs and didnt fit. Pool was cold and all one depth, 5.4ft. So not sutible for children or short people. Daily room cleaning was terrible. I dont think they did any cleaning just replaced the towles and gave us 2 bottles of water even though there was 3 of us, didnt give us enough towles either. We didnt even get toilet paper for the last 2 days we were there. They gave us tissues instead. Our bed sheets had holes blood stains. We had a group of us staying and everyone had issues. One other room smelt of sewerage, had paint all over one of the table and was really dirty. When i was at the front desk at one point 2 ither cuples came up complainibg and askibg to change rooms. We will never be back!

It is about a 15 minutes' walk to the nearest train station and the traffic outside the street is pretty bad. If you are travelling with senior and children who are not used to walking frequently, I would not recommend this property. Overall, the service staffs are friendly and helpful. We are offered complimentary breakfast for our stay as they are not able to check us in when we arrived.
