I wish I could give this hotel more stars. From checking in. The amazing staff the area the pool everything was absolutely amazing. Will 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved having the metro nearby. The pool was nice for the kids and the gym facilities were beautiful. It was a perfect set up for a family with 2 bedrooms/2 baths.

Two nights in a family room for our family of four. Fantastic help in the frontdesk by Guy (Måns) that spoke Swedish and helps us with everything. The guard outside told us about the app “grab” when taking a taxi. The breakfast was outstanding! Nice gym and relax/pool. Piccolo service in top class. Good location from subway and further to the BTS system!

The room was very clean, comfortable and a good retreat from the craziness of the city. The staff were excellent, one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a hotel. The restaurant service was fantastic as well. This was my first trip to Thailand, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from breakfast but I was very impressed. There was everything you need, great americanos and very fresh food. When my son wasn’t feeling well, they even delivered food up to our room so he wouldn’t miss breakfast. My only negative experience was that the hot tub was under repair and the pool is freezing. While it’s a welcome temperature on a hot day, my little ones didn’t enjoy the temp. About the area: it is about a 5 min walk to the MRT. Our big error was not buying a SIM card at the airport (which was the same price as 7-11), and understanding how easy it is to navigate the train system. We waited so long for taxis our first two days, sometimes over an hour at the hotel (even from GRAB). And one taxi we took at 7pm ended up taking over 90 mins for a journey that would normally be 20.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I booked the family suite and it was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Bangkok.

Very good clean hotel. In busy street and metro near by. Our trip was for family was very good for us and reasonable price. The breakfast should be much better but was ok not bad the egg section was the best for me. The best all the food was Halal for Muslims. The pool kids enjoyed it for couple of days. The spa was good only the timings is little bit late as they open at 11 am. Metro is near by can be little noisy for some people for us we been tired in the night we didn't feel it. The street front the hotel very busy in the rush our so you need to plan your trip. The price was good for us we use the hotel mainly for breakfast and sleeping all our time was out i will recommend it. Family room was good for two adults and two children.

The first impression of Lancester was cleaned and of cos those reviews I’ve read were true! The staff were helpful especially Bee and Jee at the reception. The room we booked was big (most of my friends would ask me which hotel after I’ve posted on IG) and my kids LOVE it, especially the bathtub. Room services such as in-dinning was good and house keeping too! We love the restaurant inside too! The spa was a great experience because the rooms were very cleaned and the massage was great! My family of 4 loved it!! Location was great because it super near to Makkasan station (link to the new airport) and other stations easily linked. Lastly, Lancester has made our stayed in BKK safe, happy and felt like home during our 4 days trip! We told them we will definitely be back! Thank you, Lancester! To management at Lancester, please give a pat to all your staff at the ground because they have worked hard to maintain that 5 stars standard! Well done!!

Lancaster Hotel is the best kept secret in BKK. This was my 3rd stay. The family also loved it.

Really nice hotel. Pool on the roof is great and nice breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly as with everywhere we stayed in Thailand. The hotel is a little far out from central Bangkok but close to public transport or easy to get around by taxi. We booked a family room with 2 bedrooms as we were travelling with small children. Unfortunately a big design flaw is that the walls separating the 2 bedrooms and also the living area are made of glass. This means the lights in the whole place have to be turned off to make it dark in the kids room. It really defeated the point of having separate bedrooms since we had to sit in the dark after the kids went to bed anyway!!
