Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok

I left a comment on Expedia about my check-in experience & how I wished the beds were softer. Within the hour all 3 of my families rooms were updated with mattress toppers. Extremely satisfied with everything at the hotel, service is top of the line. Definitely will come back with the family, best place I had stay, big mall next door, don’t look for other place stay here you won’t regret.

The room was very nice on high floors with great views. The room is very comfortable and nothing to complain about. However, it is good to know that there is only one deluxe suite on each floor so our kids had to stay a floor below. Also you can access the floors only with your key so we had to either meet on the top floor or keep one of their keys with us. Wish we knew that before. Although the views are nice, the club is not worth it. Breakfast is limited and although presentation is nice, it was much better to have breakfast in the lobby with everyone else. The choice was much better and good too. The Club lounge is very limited and frustrating that the food is there on and off with limited time slots. So we missed it most of the time when we were out and about. One the plus side you have 2 pieces of laundry done per day which was nice. The location - the shopping mall attached to the hotel is quite expensive. The BTS is very close through the shopping mall. Not many shops on the street. One stop on the BTS to the weekend market which is worth a visit. A few stops on BTS to MBK mall. Nearby there is another mall which is not too bad on the other side about 10 mins walk and there is a market that opens from 5pm another 10 mins walk in the other direction.
