Good for family

This hotel is for families. Don’t go here if you want to do adult stuff. We literally had kids running up and down our hallway at 8am and nobody did anything.

Second time staying here.. got a pretty nice upgrade that helped a lot because I had a small child all the extra room helped

Great location for family holiday. It’s a resort hotel in the middle of the city. River shuttle was really useful and breakfast is great, so much choice and very good.

We love this hotel for our BKK stop overs. Great place to stay with kids. Probably the nicest pool area in BKK with great service. Away from the hustle and bustle with great boat service to the city.

Very good for families but quite far from a lot if attractions Staff very helpful but lack basic english language skills requite for international tourists Buffet good range of items Our room did not have any milk But they sent milk once we asked for it. The Riverside Plaza in front of hotel had excellent eateries. Avoid peak hour travel to the airport as the traffic queues were endless Thai people friendly and gentle.

The hotel was poorly staffed yet they were well aware of their guest numbers. We stayed in a junior suite which was tired and dirty, the rug was actually brown with dirt. Breakfast, although a wide choice was like feeding time at the zoo, tables were left with old breakfast items, there were queues to even get into the restaurant, it was quite honestly chaos. What surprised us the most was for a hotel with over 300 rooms they had a very small pool which was filled immediately with inflatables from visiting children. We were so disappointed with our stay and to be honest too many things to be negative about that we left after only one night, cutting our stay very short! I honestly wouldn't recommend, there are so many superior hotels in Bangkok for a more reasonable price with better service.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Perfect pool for a trip with kids. Breakfast is amazing. Free boat shuttle to a central area where you can easily get other boats to visit different sites. Concierge extremely helpful.
