Staff in this hotel are best always ready to help you. And always happy. First night we had really loud chinese family next to us and they give us new room. Breakfast in hotel is good. it's not a buffet and have only 2 variety but they listen what you want. Hotel good for transporting to airport. Right under the airport link. Only minus is wiev from room. only roof but that how is in many hotels in bangkok.
