I liked that the property was in a convenient location as it's connected to the MBK Center. It was nice that the property was always clean. All the staff were overly friendly and welcoming. There was always someone available to address all questions or concerns. I appreciate that the property wasn't in walking distance of the train. This was overall and exceptional hotel and an exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is a great hotel and the staff are also great. It is joined to the MBK centre and walking distance to the Siam centre/paragon/discovery. Everything is 10minutes away. Everyone is friendly and it is a great hotel for a family with young kids.

The quality of this hotel is great. Also, The stage staffs are very friendly and professional. It is very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and also recommend to family and friends.

When my family member arrived at the hotel. There are no welcome drink and when I ask, they tell me she have go to front desk to pick up the coupon welcome drink. It make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. However, the place is nice and the view is so beautiful. Also, they have water dispenser in the guess room. Instead have water bottle in the refrigerator.

Been around, saw better 5* hotel with classy interior decor but...this hotel is A to cleanliness, no black molds around in bathroom, water pressure is excellent, awesome breakfast. Would recommend to friends and family.
