Hotel managed extremely well. From the check-in process to final check-out everything was smooth. Hotel location was not ideal (little away from river / train system). Food was of good standard and staff were excellent. Always helpful. Hotel room was clean, spacious and the swimming pool was great with for the kids to relax in. The hotel was a peaceful escape from the busy city.
